Terrific shot! He sure looks stuck. Glad he made it out okay.
That could have made a nice cosy bed for a nap were he so inclined, but then I'm not sure as-busy-as-a-bee naps, do they?

I take it that is a lily. Lilies are the best flowers to get pictures of insects in.
