If you don't know what the "cone of shame" is, you are not UP on your Disney/Pixar movie trivia!
Poor Roc a 11 days after his ear surgery to get out a bad infection. He is better and you can see the bandage glue on his head but the stitches that are supposed to fall out in 10 days are still there and his skin was WAY irritated by the bandages. He has lost a lot of hair where his skin was raw from the over tight bandages the vet put on. She is generally a good vet but I am displeased with her work this time. Any way, well on the way to recovery!

Ah the poor guy! Labs are such sweethearts:)
Poor Roc, hope it won't be too long before he gets rid of 'the cone of shame." He does have an adorable boo-boo kind of a look on his face doesn't he? Adorable dog.

Yes i watched the lovely film 'UP' :)
Poor guy, hoping for a fast recovery.
I am hoping for a speedy recovery, the poor little guy.
Oh, my, my neighbor's dog had to wear one of those things last year. Poor guy. Their dog healed just fine (another dog attacked him on the nose, yikes).
I shouldn't laugh but that is so my puppy. She gets so sad. We always say she is the only dog in the world that fights depression.
Poor guy, he looks so sad. Those cones are a pain but a must.
Poor baby and no doubt, Roc, follows you around with those very sad eyes.
My Lab has problems and I have had success with products from www.Nzymes.com. Check it out; might deter future problems. FWIW, I had spent quite a bit at the vet's when I came across this site. I figured if it did not help, it was no worse than the vet. :D It works for Luc.
hope he get's better soon
Poor fella. I hope he got some extra treats and lots of pats for all his suffering.
Shame, poor guy
