an interesting structure.
We have a small town called Nieu Bethesda north of Port Elizabeth and there is a place called the Owl House where there are lots of cement structures that look like this. Reminded me of that
What is it? What I see is a beautiful metal sculpture beautifully framed against a gorgeous blue sky ...
It is what is is, and that's all that it is. What else would it be?
