He discovered jumping from a swing this month. :-)
Tried to make this look as old as possible by adding heavy vignette and grain (noise) as well as boost the contrast. Monochrome just does not feel correct without some grain, digital is too clean. I guess that comes from newspaper work in college and the tons of film I have burnt through over the years.

There is just something that arouses the senses and feeling with B@W photograph...this is one of those shots.
beautiful!
A boy in action - a shot to be envied.
A really fun action shot!
I remember those days! 'tis a wonder I never broke any bones with some of the stunts I pulled jumping off swings.
I think you achieved your goal in this shot. The elements you applied look great and it's a great shot too! Thank you for your comment today!
Well timed shot. Like your comments on grain. As you say, digital can be too clean. But to think that 30 years ago we as consumers as well as film makers wanted to see the end of grain in film, now we want it back. Guess people change, as does taste. Grain is good.
Perry, is perfect!
Thanks for visiting...

Great action pic. When my son discovered this he kept on and on and on and got more and more daring. Never got hurt though luckily.
