Goose

I have no idea what tpe of goose this is but he/she sure has a big head! This model was very patient with me for quite a while. It was fun!

Frogs in the Night

Flash in hand and 300mm lens, I went stalking frogs at around midnight. They get pretty big at the campground we went to and they sure make a noise!

Mocha

We had a couple dogs with us and Mocha was way into the sticks! I gave it a little toss after grabbing the shot. :-)

Rain

On the last Foxglove blossom of this plant. End of the season for these flowers.

Kyaks

I just love the bright colors these kayaks have. They are for use on the private lake at the campground we stayed at. We didn't use one as it was raining most of the time.

Moonset Over the West Hills (SkyWatchFriday)

Setting moon just after sunset. It was very cool to see and I almost missed it.

Mayfield Lake & Mossyrock

Looking out over Mayfield Lake from the campgrounds. The town of Mossyrock is to the left but behind trees & hills. Very cool place to go and hang out. Of course, this was the only day of sun and clear sky. The remainder of our stay was rain.

Pikes Place Market

Pikes Place Market is a very cool place to go and see what the locals have to offer. Below the main floor is 3 floors of shop owners. We were treated to a very cool card trick in the magic shop.

There can't be a photo of the market without a shot of the fish market! They have a stuffed fish they throw out to the kids and freak them out!

Very interesting, haunting and lovely traditional music. I don't know what it is but I love the sound.

Incredible fowers in the market. They had awesome blooms!

Experience Music Project

The museum itself is an amazing piece of architecture. Contoured and colored, very graceful. From the official website, "Experience Music Project (EMP) is dedicated to the exploration of creativity and innovation in popular music. " If you ever visit Seattle it is a must visit.

Inside are wonderful light shows and colors. Even the little ones have a great time exploring.

And you think your job is bad? How would *you* like to clean all of those panels!

We are camping in Washington (state) and took a day to go to Seattle. I'll have a few different series to post over the next week or so. Camping with internet? es, in the "clubhouse". :-)
