I immediately thought of meercats and monkeys. They will also have one or more on the lookout at all times. In their cas they look mostly skywards for flying preditors.
Great shot, wonderful. One bird keeping a watch while the others feed, Brilliantly captured :-)
On the look out just in case the farmer comes out with his gun and gets ready for dinner. Cool shot!
