The Field

Here is the field of flowers I was talking about yesterday. It has this lone tree somewhat centered. I like it. Unfortunately, the day before this field was in solid bloom but I was not able to grab a photo. I came back the next couple of days and it is in about half bloom, petals covering the ground. The wind has picked up, I missed the better shot. Oh well.

    There is something about a lone tree in a field that is so poetic. What a shame those blooms couldn't have hung on a wee bit longer for you to immortalize them.
