Update: The Back Story
The road grader was in a night parade in Salem and was on display for a "Parade Glow" the next night. It just happened to snow a couple inches while we were there and I grabbed this shot. There are a couple more of the snow, etc on my monochrome blog, www.bwpc.wordpress.com
Wow, I never imagined somebody putting lights on a snow plow (over here they only use them to grate roads). My wife and kids were very amused with this pic.
