The local camera club that I belong to does a scavenger hunt at the end of every year for the past few years any way. There are 25 items to photograph and this is the first, "Dog with a biscuit on nose". The hunt is over on May 27th so I have plenty of time to get them all. They will be judged 3 ways: Humor, creativity and photo composition and no photoshop (except a little sharpening, levels and crop) allowed. I'll post them as I get them, so check back often!
This is Roc, being so very patient, taken with my 16mm fisheye. I gave him the release command, he flipped the biscuit in the air and gobbled it down before hitting the ground. :-)

Love it!
ReplyDeleteYour photo scavenger hunt sounds fun.
Funny pic. Mind he doesn't go cross-eyed.
ReplyDeleteWhat a patient dog! Mine can't do this...
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool trick, I wish I could teach my dog this trick. She just loves biscuits and treats.
ReplyDeleteWonderful pose! I love that bit of Roc's tongue showing too.
ReplyDeleteThere's never been a dog in our family who hasn't been exposed to learning this ritual too :O)
I can hear him thinking: "Just let me eat the biscuit already!"
ReplyDeleteThe scaventure hunt is quite a good idea and is sure to test some photographers. You first shot is superb. I'm looking forward to see them all.
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy looking at other peoples labs because I know the pleasure that he will be giving all your family. Such lovely personalities. Looks like he got the same habit of flicking his tongue out when he is excited;-)
