Not sure where this little bird came from, but it sure does not belong here. Either way off his migratory track or an escapee. Either way, I hope he makes it through the winter safely.
One showed up here a couple of years ago. I almost caught it but it flew away just as my hand started to close on it. A few days later it was gone. I never saw it again. I believe maybe a hawk or a stray cat caught it. It was feeding and drink water with the other birds here. Helen

Wow that is cool..It is a Parakeet and he probably got away from someone's house..Lucky he found your food...Just the right mixture..Great shot...
